  1. You need to know how to speak, listen, read, and write.
  2. You need to organize and understand your work.
  3. You need to know when there is a problem and how to fix it.
  4. You need to know how to use a computer.
  5. You need to know how to start and finish a project.
  6. You need to act like a student, look like a student, be on time and learn from your mistakes.
  7. You should be able to work in a group with other people and respect people around you.
  8. You need to understand how a school is organized and how it works.
  9. You need to think about what you want to be when you grow up.
